The Wausau, Wisconsin facility is located 90 miles east of Eau Claire and is situated on 22 acres of land. The facility houses 146,000 square feet of fabrication space, including a 36,000 square foot painting facility. This facility is operational six days per week and 20 hours daily and has an annual capacity of 170,000 annual man-hours of labor. The facility is adjacent to a major roadway and rail lines. The Wausau plant concentrates on the fabrication of steel plate girders and houses the latest equipment for steel plate girder fabrication.
Palatka, Florida
The Palatka, Florida facility is located on a 117 acre site with 231,000 square feet of building facilities. This facility is operational six days per week and 16 hours daily and has an annual capacity of 250,000 annual man-hours of labor. In addition, the facility is located adjacent to the St. John’s River, thereby providing the facility unique direct water access to the inter-coastal waterway for receiving and shipping of materials. The barge facility includes a crane capable of handling 150 ton lifts alone. The facility houses the necessary equipment for complex bridge and girder fabrication. The facility divides its fabrication efforts between fabrication of complex bridge structures and plate girder projects.

Proctor, Minnesota
The Proctor, Minnesota facility is located 150 miles north of Eau Claire and was acquired by PDM Bridge in 2010. With 100,000 sq. ft. of building facilities, this facility is operational 20 hours per day, 5 days a week. In addition, the facility has its own trucking fleet, and is located adjacent to major rail lines and is next to an interstate highway that stretches from Duluth, Minnesota to the southern tip of Texas. The facility utilizes CNC equipment from all over the world and tracks its products from the steel mill to the jobsite with the use of barcode technology.
